There was a minor issue with one of the boards but the seller responded immediately and rectified the issue quickly. Love this shoe rack, it is very unique and well-built!

Functional and attractive way to organize shoes…and boots! My son’s cowboy boots fit perfectly. They accommodated a request I made and the shoe rack came boxed beautifully! That was a concern. I was a bit worried about there not being pre-drilled homes, but they weren’t needed. We put it together easily…eyeballing the entire process.
